Scheduling
How quickly can CMS begin service?

Following your walkthrough, most engagements begin within five to seven business days. For pre-arrival prep, we accommodate shorter timelines whenever the calendar allows.

Do you offer recurring schedules?

Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring service is the foundation of most CMS engagements. Each visit is assigned to the same dedicated team.

What if I need to reschedule a visit?

We ask for as much notice as you can give, and we work around your schedule — travel, events, contractors, and family rhythms included.

Products & Practices
Are your products eco-friendly and finish-safe?

Yes. We use a curated set of finish-specific products selected for safety on marble, travertine, hardwood, and high-end finishes. Eco-conscious and low-toxicity options are our default; bespoke product requests are welcomed.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

Yes. CMS arrives fully equipped. Many of our clients prefer that we keep designated supplies on-site — we accommodate either preference.

Trust & Insurance
Is CMS insured?

Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Certificates of insurance are available on request and can be provided to property managers or HOAs.

Are team members background-checked?

Every CMS team member is background-checked, NDA-bound, and trained in the discretion expected of a private residence.

Customization
Can the service be customized to my home?

Always. Every engagement is built around your residence — its finishes, its layout, your preferences, and the rhythm of your household. No two CMS plans are identical.

Can you coordinate with my estate manager or housekeeper?

Yes. We frequently work alongside in-house staff, estate managers, and family offices — and we adapt our protocols to the existing structure of the household.
